This one day tour is a mix of learning Irish history and living it. On the morning of your tour, Emerald Irish Tours, will collect your group and head for Ennis. The first stop is the Riches of Clare Museum followed by a wonderful guided tour of Ennis Friary. From here your tour will visit the world famous Dromoland Castle and stop for lunch.

What follows is often the highlight of many people’s holiday, a full tour of the incredible Bunratty Castle. Perfectly preserved all the way from its ramparts to the dungeons, this castle captures 600 years of Irish history in its hallowed halls. The castle also has a sprawling folk park where every era of Irish life has been beautifully recreated. Interact with the locals as they carry out time-honoured traditions or check out the beautiful wildlife all around you!

After all this excitement, wind down at Durty Nelly’s Pub before boarding your tour bus for the journey home and a well earned rest.
